A Fall Combo Festival In Lake Charles, Louisiana
Lake Charles' Premier Wine & Food Event
Takes place annually in downtown Lake Charles on the grounds of the 1911 Historic City Hall Arts & Cultural Center and the Calcasieu Parish Courthouse. Showcases signature dishes of local restaurants and over 150 wines. Rouge et Blanc is run by a group of community volunteers and the proceeds are donated to the McNeese State University Banners Cultural Series.
