Sense Yountville takes place Saturday, May 1 2010. This Appellation-specific event was launched in 2009 to provide guests with unprecedented access to the wines and food that define the region. Featuring highly allocated pre-release wines at en primeur pricing and culinary pairings by an all-star lineup, Sense Yountville is — by design — the signature event for the Yountville Appellation, which is widely recognized as the epicurean epicenter of the Napa Valley.
Participating restaurants and wineries are represented by principals: winemakers & chefs who are personally committed to creating an outstanding guest experience in their hometown.
The event is limited to 350 guests to maintain quality of both food and wine on offer and targets discerning wine buyers — epicureans seeking an excellent value on both marquis names and small, lesser-known producers.
