The first full weekend of August this yearly event celebrates Phelps, New York once being one of the largest producers of sauerkraut ~ not just in the Finger Lakes ~ in the world! Though the factories no longer exist, the celebration continues with food, rides, games, arts & craft vendors, beer, music and more!
