A Spring Combo Festival In Brooklyn, NY
Lest we let the entire New York Metro region forget that a world-class wine country is barely two hours from its front door, Edible Brooklyn, along with its sister publications, Edible Manhattan and Edible East End, with support from the Long Island Wine Council and the New York Wine and Grape Foundation, holds its annual spring sipping soiree, Brooklyn Uncorked, at the spectacular Brooklyn Academy of Music in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.
The Long Island wine is the main draw, of course. But Edible pairs it with eats from boro chefs and food artisans to create an unforgettable evening of food and drink.
