Corralitos Wine Trail Festival
At the southern, coastal end of the Santa Cruz Mountains appellation, about 20 minutes south of Santa Cruz, and an hour south of San Jose, there is a temperate little valley and mountain area called Corralitos. In this idyllic spot for grape growing, four independent, family-owned wineries have established the Corralitos Wine Trail: Alfaro Family Vineyards, Nicholson Vineyards, Pleasant Valley Vineyards, and Windy Oaks Estate Winery. Amongst country roads of redwoods, apple orchards, and flower farms, we are all located a short distance from one another. Our micro climate is perfect for specializing in estate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and we produce other varietals as well. Due to the overwhelming success of our last annual wine trails, we are now holding two events per year. Come meet us, see our vineyards in all their Fall glory, and taste our outstanding wines from true artisan winemakers.
Our small fee (advance purchase) entitles you to:
Visit all four wineries and meet the winemakers
Taste our outstanding wines, enjoy local sausages, cheeses and artisan breads
Walk the vineyards
Taste barrel samples
Picnic in the vineyards of selected wineries
Take home a commemorative glass!
NOTE: We limit attendance so that our wineries are not overcrowded. Don’t be disappointed as many have been in the past. Purchase your tickets in advance!
