Taste of Cayman began in the late 80's with a small number of restaurants competing in a chili cook-off. Over the years, our annual Caribbean event has grown tremendously.
We now have dozens and dozens of restaurants and distributors participating in an open air festival that draws thousands of food and wine lovers every winter.
