The Grand Wine & Food Affair is proud to support a permanent endowed scholarship fund at the Conrad N. Hilton College of Restaurant and Hotel Management. This fund will provide opportunities to students pursuing a bachelor of science in hotel and restaurant management, which includes mastery of the culinary arts, wine & spirits education, event management, customer service, and marketing. Currently, The Hilton Foundation will match dollar for dollar all proceeds applied to the endowed scholarship fund developed by The Grand Wine & Food Affair. All net proceeds from the event including funds from The Grand Auction will be dedicated to this worthy endeavor
