The Manhattan Park District Foundation is proud to announce the ANNUAL ROUND BARN FARM WINE FESTIVAL to be held at the Baker-Koren Round Barn Farm located on Route 52, the North Gateway to Manhattan, Illinois. THE BAKER-KOREN ROUND BARN FARM PARK preserves history dated back to the 1832 settlers of Will County, Manhattan, Illinois. Jackson Creek is adjacent to the property and has a Class B Illinois Stream Status. The 103 acres contain multiple uses; a few being, passive recreation which includes the open space, stream, wetlands, riparian habitat and the oak grove. The active recreational area will offer baseball/softball field, forest themed playground, tennis court, volleyball, fitness circuit, trails, horseshoes, 18 hole disc golf course and fishing pier. The Historical Buildings and educational opportunities are sure to draw a large diversity of visitors from all over.
