A Fall Combo Festival In Seattle, WA

Elliott’s Oyster House will host its annual Oyster New Year Party to celebrate the return of oyster season in the Northwest. The 90 foot oyster bar will feature more than 30 varieties of oysters. Northwest oysters are at their best during the cool autumn months when they develop the firm texture and clean taste that Northwest oysters fans love.

Highlights of Oyster New Year include wine pairings with more than 50 Northwest wines, fresh seafood, live music and dancing and the famous one-of-a-kind oyster luge.
