| Wine drinkers throughout the world owe an enormous debt to France and Italy, who gave us modern wine making as we know it. We’ll taste exemplar bottlings from France’s Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Rhone and Loire Valleys; plus Italy’s Tuscany and Veneto regions. We’ll also learn how to “crack the code” on would-be confusing French and Italian wine labels. (Class can be taken individually, or as part of a discounted series.) |
