The Miami Home Design and Remodeling Show presents, A Taste-Full Experience: a food and wine pairing demo featuring Antonio Braschi, owner of Costa Med Bistro + Wine and Stefano Campanini, owner of Wine by the Bay presented in partnership with Brickell and Key Biscayne magazines. Learn introductory pairing while exploring the five taste receptors, through a selection of wines paired with different dish samples.
Stefano is a certified wine educator who has traveled the globe in search of an adventure and great story. He offers weekly wine tasting classes, private events and cellar consultancy services.
Antonio had an extensive career in the hotel and food service industries before opening Costa Med over fifteen years ago. What began as a small coffee shop turned into a fine-dining establishment with a creative menu inspired by foods of France, Greece, Italy, Turkey, and more.
