Alexander’s Steakhouse Cupertino to Host a Golden State Brewery Beer Dinner

Alexander’s Steakhouse in Cupertino is hosting a five-course Golden State Brewery beer paired dinner on Thursday, August 30 beginning at 6:00 p.m. with a welcome cocktail and small bites followed by a sit-down dinner at 6:30 p.m. The meal, prepared by Executive Chef Roger Lee, is priced at $135.00 per person, tax and gratuity not included, and the evening's special guest will be Seth Hendrickson, owner and head brewer of Golden State Brewery. The menu for this dinner will be Tai Snapper Sashimi with Mandarin Masago, Gochujang and Shiso Zest Siiiide paired with a Lime and Sea Salt Lager; Baked King Crab Handroll with Tempura, Scallion and Dynamite with a NorCal Passion/Passion Fruit IPA; Duo of Sliders, Chilean Seabass Slider and Wagyu Slider with Yuzu Kosho Tartar, Kings Hawaiian Roll, Camembert, Shitake and Truffle Sesame Aioli with a David Hazelhoff - Hazy DIPA and Hapa Bear Kettle Sour; Braised Pork Belly with Apple Miso and Fennel Apple Slaw with a Golden Gate Red/Red Ale with rye; and Caramelized Honey Crème Brûlée with Calamansi, Puff Pastry, Peach and Creme Fraiche with a Hibiscus Kolsch.
