Bring your friends out to enjoy a delicious wine dinner featuring Cakebread Cellars and Mullan Road Cellars wines paired with the fantastic menu at BLT Prime. Katie Griesbeck our National Sales and Marketing Director will host and share stories of the winery and discuss why the wines pair so well with the menu.

Reception: 2016 Chardonnay, Napa Valley

First Course: 2017 Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley paired with Black Seabass Crudo with Uni, Watermelon Radish, Ponzu Dashi Marinade

Second Course: 2016 Pinot Noir Two Creeks Vineyards, Anderson Valley paired with Seared Venison with Black Berries, Foie Gras Mousse

Third Course: 2014 Mullan Road Cellars, Red Blend, Columbia Valley paired with Grilled 90 Day Dry Aged Ribeye and Aged Fingerling Potatoes, Baby Carrots, Grilled Pearl Onions, Red Wine Bone Marrow

Dessert: 2016 Sauvignon Blanc, Late Harvest, Napa Valley paired with Crepe Souffle with Passion Fruit Puree
