We can't think of a better way to celebrate summer than by discovering a variety of styles of rosé made from different grapes, and from around the world, curated by Volo Managing Partner and Wine Director Jon Young who is keeping the focus on boutique production wines. Swirl, Smell, Sip & Savor up to eight boutique rosé wines during this progressive tasting while you snack on late night bites featuring cheeses, appetizers & hors-d'oeuvres from Chef Partner Stephen Dunne. Wine regions represented will include Tavel and Cotes de Thau in France, Tuscany Italy, Rioja Spain, Mendoza Argentina, Sonoma California, and Willamette Valley Oregon.
