Macayo’s Depot Cantina, at 300 S. Ash Ave. in Tempe, introduces a cooking class in honor of National Fajita Day on August 18, 2018. Class is from noon to 2:00 p.m., and includes instruction on Carne Asada, Pico de Gallo, Guacamole and Tortillas.
