Match Restaurant & Lounge Announces Tequila Tasting Dinner

Match Restaurant and Lounge is taking the sting out of the dog days of summer with a Tequila Tasting Dinner featuring a five-course menu designed by Chef Alex Stratta to accompany each sip. Courses and pairings include:

 

• Sangrita — Ceviche, pepino and chile de arbol

Served with El Tesoro Blanco

 

• Salt and Pepper Prawns with tequila, lime and Fresno chile

Paired with El Tesoro Reposado

 

• Oven-baked Red Snapper and Estillo Veracruz

Accompanied by El Tesoro Anejo

 

• Cochinita Pibil with corn tortillas and cactus-lime slaw

Featuring El Tesoro Paradiso Extra Anejo

 

 

• Key Lime Meringue with graham crackers and prickly pear

Complemented with El Tesoro 80th Anniversary Extra Anejo
