Cost: Beer Tasting - $8.00

Craft Beer Tasting!

Maybe it's the the dog days of summer for the Giants and preseason football for the 49ers, we have sports on our mind and thought it's time for a beer tasting!

August is always a good time for a great beer.

Tasting Fee $8.00

Calicraft Brewing Company, Kölsh.

Bright and Crisp Kölsch Style Ale. Coast is the taste of Califorania. It's a brew for the bracing waves of NorCal or the sunny summers of SoCal. Mt. Shasta-grown malt adds body, while Nobel and Crystal hops give it a bright, crisp, refreshing finish. LIke the Golden State, this sessionable Kölsh-style ale is laid-back but complex. IT's going from slopes to shor in just a few hours. Drink what you love about Cali. Drink up on a hot day, in sun or shade. Pair with spicy Mexican food, a beach blanket.

Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, Namaste White. Belgian Style Witbier.

Belgian-style white ale brewed with dried orange flesh and peel, fresh-cut lemongrass, a bit of coriander, peppercorns and a healthy dose of good karma.

Karl Strauss Brewing Company, Red Trolley Ale, San Diego, CA.

2016 Mid-size brewing company of the year. Red Trolley Ale sets the standard for Irish Red Ales. Each batch of this multi award-winning beer is brewed with a half-ton of caramelized malts for a deep copper color and toffee flavor. After adding the perfect mix of hops for balance, the brew is warm-fermented to bring out hints of raisins and currants. It's time to take this Trolley for a ride.

Calicraft Brewing Company, Oaktown Brown Ale

Ale made with American and French Oak. Not your traditional brown ale. This is a big, bad, bold brown. It's the intersection of a cabernet and an IPA. Or, say, 15th and Broadway. A blend of three oaks added during fermentation creates a red wine-like structure. California Cascade hops bring the local flavor that goes from roasted and bitter on the first swig to a soulful, chocolate finish. Drink up on a Saturday night or a cool day. Pair with a slab of steak, strong cheese, BBQ.
