TONIGHT'S TOPIC:
"Greece and Her Wines"
Exploring the Blue Isles for Indigenous Wines

From Assyrtiko to Xinomavro, Greece is covered in tongue-twisting native grapes that produce a plethora of fabulous wines. Take this opportunity to sit with our Sommelier and get an understanding of Greek wines, and a newfound appreciation of some unique flavors!

Wine and Spirits Professor Torrence O'Haire (C.S, C.S.W, C.S.S, C.S.P.) will be leading the class in lecture, tasting, and demonstration, focusing not just on "tasting notes", but on a real comprehension of the ins-and-outs of wine as a study.

Students do NOT need any prior knowledge of wine to attend, but the class will be taught with academic weight so that even seasoned wine professionals will surely learn something and enjoy a rigorous discussion!

Class size is limited to 16 students. Walk-ins are welcome if space permits, but ONLY a pre-paid reservation will guarantee your space.
Call or email the shop to make sure you're enrolled!

$20 per student - ($15 for clubmembers)

Plus, a student-special: 10% off any wine purchased that night, 15% a case or more!
