We are so excited to welcome chocolatier, Dr. Sue Williams, of Dr. Sue's Chocolates in Grapevine to Cork Wine Bar for an awesome Truffle Making Class!
Dr. Sue's expert chocolatiers will guide you through the amazing and artistic process of creating your own truffles, using only the finest European chocolates. Take home whatever you don't eat!
You'll also learn more about chocolate, where it's from, and how it's made, all while enjoying a flight of awesome wines chosen to pair perfectly with your chocolate!
