Beausoleil Oysters (New Brunswick, Canada) with Champagne Mignonette and house-made cocktail sauce

COURSE 2
Rose Lane Farms heirloom tomato salad with fresh mozzarella, arugula, and basil balsamic dressing

COURSE 3
Herb crusted rack of lamb with tomato confit, Summer succotash, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and lamb jus

Chocolate and Raspberry Napoleon with Crème anglaise
