PARKING ~ FREE & PAID
Valet parking is available for $8.00. The drop-off point is two doors south of our entrance in front of Shakespeare Pub at the corner of India and Winder. Also, on-street parking is usually available within a 3-block radius. Remember that it’s OK to park in yellow commercial zones after 6:00 and that meters are also free after 6:00. You can also park in the lot behind Shakespeare Pub two doors down, but do not park in El Indio's lot unless you want your car towed! If you can’t find parking next to the restaurant, there’s always LOTS OF PARKING on San Diego Avenue and the adjacent side streets just past the Chevron station across Washington Street. So please don't drive yourself crazy endlessly going around in circles waiting to pounce on that perfect spot when there's TONS OF PARKING less than three blocks away!

WINE NOTES & BOTTLE PRICES
2016 Shaya Verdejo
(Spain) Winemaker's Notes: It displays a nose of toasty baking spices, nutmeg, spring flowers, marzipan, and pit fruits. A bit richer and more complex on the palate than the “regular” cuvee, this vibrant effort could evolve for 1-2 years but is drinking well now. Pair with seafood such as stuffed mussels, oysters, shrimps, and scallops, fish, vegetables, rices and pasta.

2015 Silvio Nardi Rosso Di Montalcino ~ $18
(Italy) Review by James Suckling ~ 91 Points. A flavorful wine with chocolate, walnut and berry character. Medium body, plenty of fruit and a delicious finish. Review by Wine Spectator ~ 90 Points. Black pepper, plum, leather and earth aromas and flavors mark this vibrant red. Built to age over the short term, with a long, loamy finish. Drink now through 2020.

2014 Bokisch Garnacha ~ $18
(Lodi) Winemaker's Notes: 92% Garnacha, 7% Graciano + 1% Petit Verdot. The gorgeous 2014 Garnacha catches the eye with a bright crimson red color. It has bright floral aromatics of rose petals, cassis, orange peel and wild strawberries ending with a slight toast. It is juicy and has an essence of strawberry rhubarb pie on the palate with some cranberry, raspberry and a touch of apple cider. This medium bodied wine has sophisticated dry tannins up front with a nice, long finish. Serve with grilled chipotle raspberry chicken thighs, spinach salad with cranberries and toasted pecans or cheese with Membrillo.

2015 Cass "Vintage Ted" Red Blend ~ $42
(Paso Robles) Winemaker's Notes: An original, hand crafted blend featuring select barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon (70%), Mourvèdre (25%) and Petit Verdot (5%). Vintage Ted welcomes you with intoxicating aromas of mulberry, black cherry, cigar box, and cassis liquor. Elements of pipe tobacco, wild raspberry and dusted violet play well with essence of plum compote and smoked vanilla. Savory cocoa and fresh milled coffee give way to a lasting, memorable finish. 400 cases produced.

Torres Spanish Orange Liqueur
(Spain) A fragrant orange liqueur made by macerating Valencia orange peels in aged brandies flavored with wild aromatic herbs and orange blossom honey. Due to its special preparation, this orange liqueur is a distinct contrast to traditional ones in that it more resembles a mellow brandy with subtle, complex, spicy overtones enhanced with pleasant Mediterranean orange aromas.
