Well, begin here! Our Sommelier - Ken Bracke, will take you through a fun and educational 2 hours learning the basics about the "7 Noble Grape Varieties". Through discussion, tasting, and comparing, you will have a greater understanding and increased confidence in what wines you like, and how better to choose them for purchase. You will sample and learn 7 grape varieties, be given some notes to take home and have the opportunity to purchase some wines at a 10% discount on the night of the class.
