The Willamette Valley is Oregon’s leading wine region, possessing over 500 wineries and producing some of the world’s premier Pinot Noirs. In this Masterclass we will taste a selection of wines from some of the area’s best wineries while discussing the varying terroirs of the different sub-AVAs and how they affect the unique aromas and characteristics of the wines. As Pinot Noir reigns supreme in this region a number of different examples will be tasted, along with a premium white. The class will be led by Celeste Bailey, WSET Level 3, Master of Rioja DOCa. Celeste is a frequent visitor to the region and is excited to share her experiences. Small bites will be provided.
