Here's one for you Napa Valley fans!
Please join us at Blood & Sand on Thursday, July 26th, 2018 for an evening tasting some brilliant wines from Anderson's Conn Valley Vineyards from Napa. Our guest speaker will be Bob Campbell, an advanced somlier who represents ACVV in the US. Each wine for the event is made by Anderson's Conn Valley from Napa grapes.
As always, Chef Brian and I have sampled the wines together, discussing ideas for dishes to pair perfectly with each selection. He has finished the evenings menu:

whey poached d'anjou pear, whipped chèvre, burnt honey

chicken paillard, caramelized pamplemousse, hazelnut butter

2014 Pinot Noir
wild sockeye salmon, cola spiced crème fraîche, grilled alium

2015 “Right Bank”

The wines will be available for retail purchase.
We expect this event to fill up quickly, so don't dawdle. These are some wonderful wines, made in the Napa style that you love, with a tip of the hat to Bordeaux. We invite you to a memorable evening.
