This is an energizing morning session followed by an 8-wine tasting where you get to keep your souvenir glass, this week it is paired with some cheese samples!!. ߙ‚Sessions will be held in the vineyard if it is beautiful, or if raining protection of a tent! Come and check out this special event! Beth Howard is a great instructor and teacher of Yoga and this session is for ALL levels, she walks you through how to make it more difficult for the advanced as well as easier if you are just beginning!
