Join us for a very special dinner evening beginning with a visit to the Tassel Ridge Winery cellar with Winery owner, Bob Wersen, where you will taste wine taken from the barrel that afternoon. Bob will discuss how the wines were made, and then you will be able to taste the difference a year of barrel aging makes in a wine. Before dinner is served, sample Iowa Marquette vintages and select your favorite to pair later with your entrée.
Dinner begins with a Romaine Salad with Strawberries, Feta, Pistachios, and Balsamic Vinaigrette paired with Tassel Ridge Prelude followed by Beef Tenderloin with Iowa Marquette Reduction, served with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and Green Beans Amandine paired with the Tassel Ridge Iowa Marquette vintage of your choice. End the evening with Chocolate Mousse paired with Tassel Ridge Finalé Iowa Red.
