Join us Saturday, July 28th from noon to 4pm as we will be tasting several summer sippers that are sure to compliment your grilled masterpieces. While you’re waiting for the perfect sear on your steak why not have some bright whites for quaffing or to pair with your hors d'oeuvres?
One can never go wrong with bubbles, especially when they come from the famed Cava producer Juvé y Camps. Founded in 1921, Juvé y Camps uses traditional methods such as undergoing secondary fermentation in the bottle as allowing their bottles to age for 18 months or more prior to release. The result of their tireless efforts has established Juvé y Camps as the most highly regarded Cava producer in Spain and is regularly served to Spain’s Royal Family. We will also be sampling several robust reds from around the world that will pair perfectly with anything you can grill, roast, braise or char. These medium-bodied reds all feature great black pepper notes as well as a nice acidity and bright fruit, which make them perfect for warmer temperatures and grilling.
