Please join us for an evening featuring a variety of whiskies from Kentucky!

 

We're very excited to announce our next Pop-Up Whiskey Dinner with Chef Erin Sealy! We'll be featuring 6 different whiskies from Heaven Hill Distilling, including selections from Evan Williams, Elijah Craig and 4 other fantastic distillers! Bill Karl will be joining us from the parent distillery, Heaven Hill, to walk guests through each unique and award winning Kentucky whiskey. We have a fantastic line up planned, including, bourbon, rye, whiskey and wheated whiskey! The first selection will be served during the 1/2 hour meet and greet prior to the dinner. Following this included reception, dinner will start. Chef Erin will be pairing each of the 5 remaining spirits with their own dinner course. This will be a wonderful night of unique whiskey, food and insights that you won't want to miss!

Chef Erin's Shi Shi Taco with Barbacoa Style Braised Brisket, Caramelized Eggplant, Crispy Parsnip, Smoked White Cheddar Drizzle, Fire Roasted Corn and Pickled Red Onion in Green Chile Flour + Corn Tortilla
