Private Wine Class at this Wine Spectactor Award winning restaurant. The class will cover the Language of Wine plus Food Pairing Essentials. We will taste six wines from various countries, each paired with a small plate. The Language portion teaches the important wine terms that will allow you to describe your wine preference to a waiter or wine shop employee, thus greater increasing the likelihood that you will purchase the right wine that suits your palate. The Food pairing section covers important guidelines for matching wood and food. These subjects are also valuable in business situations.
Seating is extremely limited and must be reserved by calling the restaurant's main line at 401-349-4979 and using a credit card to guarantee a seat.
The class is taught by Steven Krohn(WSET Advanced graduate of J.Wales), owner of Splashes of Wine and formerly the Somerset Wine School. Steven has 34 years experience in the industry and has been teaching since 2004.
