Please join Chefs Barry Layne and Steven Patrick of Coast Catering for a Seven Course Paired Dinner featuring a collection of red wines from Cheval Winery. The event will be hosted at Cheval Winery.

Chefs Barry Layne and Steven Patrick from Coast Catering are excited to pair up with Cheval Winery to present a wine paired seven course dinner. Cheval’s journey began with the origin of their name – CHEVAL - which translates to “horse” in French. The owners, Donna and Dr. Randy Kaufman, were originally looking for a property for their champion show horses and stumbled upon their breath-taking location. The owners, Donna and Dr. Randy Kaufman, were originally looking for a property for their champion show horses when they stumbled upon this breath taking location & fell in love with this beautiful wine estate! With a name like Cheval, having horses on site is a must! You can see their champion show horses at The Stompin’ Grounds on site. Cheval Winery names most of their after their beautiful horses. The winery is located in the Eden Valley neighborhood of Escondido, California.

6:00 reception, dinner to follow promptly at 6:30 pm.
