Join us at The Little Birdie Wine Nest and The Balancing Flamingo Yoga Lounge on Friday, July 26th for a mystical evening filled with wine, tarot card readings, and a special "full moon" yoga class!
Tickets to this special event are just $20/pp and include a glass of your choice from our featured tasting pours for the evening, and this magical 1 hour all-levels yoga class.
Arrive at 7:30 (or before if you'd like) to relax and enjoy your wine, with the option to experience a tarot card psychic reading from the beautiful Leela Willow at a special rate of just $1/minute!
Beginning at 8:30 we will move into the private studio space of The Balancing Flamingo and begin our yoga journey with inspiring certified instructor Nicole Casella.
Her full moon yoga flow will allow us to nurture our bodies' natural rhythm. We will move through a variation of the moon saultation carrying us in all directions on our mats, while connecting to the quieter side of our practice.Harnessing the soothing lunar energy - we will challenge our bodies and our minds. The class will close with restorative poses and a full savasana assist using calming essential oils.
Please remember to bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle to the event. Advanced purchase IS required, and tickets are expected to sell out quickly.
