The August Wine Dinner is going to be one to remember!! Presenting Wine Spectator 90+ Point wines, paired with five courses of delicious culinary creations...representing the best of the best! First Course: 2017 Mud House Sauvignon Blanc, Marborough, New Zealand paired with three melon salad with feta, mint and sunflower seeds finished with white balsamic vinaigrette
Second Course: 2016 CA Montini Pinot Grigio, Trentino, Italy Paired with potato flake crusted salmon served over a parsnip purée with tequila lime sauce
Third Course: 2016 Angeline Vineyards Pinot Noir, California paired with a pork enchilada topped with cheddar and manchego cheeses, served over Mexican rice and finished with authentic Mole sauce
Fourth Course: 2016 Fat Gaucho Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina paired with a marinated leg of lamb with roasted vegetables and a roasted garlic sauce
Dessert Course: Dessert Cocktail paired with a Tropical fruit and coconut parfait with bananas, pineapples and walnuts and frangelica soaked shortcake
