Tara Winery will need your help to Harvest all of the beautiful grapes this year! Gather a group of friends you want on your team and win first prize. Complimentary TARA t-shirts for the first 150 people to arrive. Shirts will be distributed after harvest is complete.
This years Harvest is sponsored by Texas Farm Credit & Athens Brewing Co.-breakfast and lunch for everyone, complimentary beer and Sangria for those 21 and over, prizes for participating teams and a whole lot of fun supporting your local vineyard!
Saturday, July 21st at 6 a.m. complimentary breakfast to be served early AM with hot coffee.
Lunch and Live music at Noon
Also need volunteers to assist with assigning grape picking tools, t-shirts, water, food etc. Please RSVP to sipoftexas@tarawinery.com
Bring a water bottle, sunscreen, closed top shoes, and a clean bucket. Some have been creative in the past to maximize grape picking. This is a super fun event. Please RSVP to sipoftexas@tarawinery.com with team name and number of people. If you don't have your own team, we will assign you to a team Saturday morning.
For those super competitive, you are welcome to start picking Friday morning with the rest of the Tara Team at 6 a.m., (call 214 287-2263) for instructions.
