Please join Chef Erin Sealy at her Orange County pop-up dinner location, Salt Creek Wine Co. in Laguna Niguel, for an evening of fantastic wines from Napa Valley! We'll be pouring 5 wines from the famed Napa Valley, including selections from some of the region's most prestigious and oldest wineries! Marcelino Cosio will be joining us to pour these award-winning wines, which will be sure to impress. Chef Erin will be pairing each of the 5 wines with their own dinner course.
