Domaine Gauby Calcinaires Blanc, Muscat, Chardonnay, Macabeu, and Grenache Gris, Soft White, Roussillon, Fr, Y, Nose of pineapple, lime, mint, and pistachio. Silken and subtly oily in texture, yet bright and refreshing, tinged with honey, mint, citrus zest, pistachio, and white pepper, leading to a luscious finish
Gruyere
From Switzerland, a wonderful, all-around fantastic cheese. Not just for melting.
Domaine Schoffit Chasselas, Soft White, Alsace, Fr, From a small, .9ha parcel of Chasselas planted in 1940 on alluvial soils of gravel in Colmar. Entirely hand-harvested, fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. The old age of the vines gives density and complexity to this dry Chasselas. The slightest whiff of pepper on the nose leads to a spiced, leesy and slender palate
Mashed Pea and Ham Crostini
Ray’s creation with peas, Jambon de Bayonne ham from France, mint and more.
Domaine des Aphillanthes Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Counoise, Rose, Rhone Fr, Ripe strawberry and raspberry aromas. Crisp acidity and dry, with lots of strawberry, citrus, and raspberry flavors followed by a long slightly tart mineral finish. Sumptuous and long on the palate
Esquirrou

The classic use of Brava Sauce in Spain. Great also with pasta, eggs, pork dishes, and more.
Manzone Barolo, Nebbiolo, Bold Red, Monforte d'Alba, Piemonte, Italy, Fragrant blue flower, woodland berry, dark spice and pine forest aromas lead the way. It's racy, focused and loaded with chiseled finesse, delivering juicy red cherry, crushed cranberry, cinnamon and star anise. Tightly knit, refined tannins and firm acidity provide the backbone
