Enjoy an Elevated Food and Wine pairing experience Hosted by Mike Wreyford featuring Calturas Wine, and a 5 Course menu featuring dishes prepared by Chef Ting. Each entree will be accompanied by a wine selected specifically for the dish. From appetizer to salad, 3 entrees and desert, ALL will be prepared using the paired wine as part of the ingredients. In between courses, you are encouraged to discover the rest of the Calturas selection which consists of 9 delicious California varietals.
