Don’t miss out on this special opportunity to attend Daniel Pambianchi’s seminar on advanced winemaking on October 28, 2018, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM at the Green Door Gourmet in Nashville, TN. This event is co-hosted by the Tennessee Viticultural and Oenological Society (TVOS).
In this seminar, you will learn the intricate interplay and management of oxygen, sulfur dioxide, and polyphenols, and clarification and stabilization techniques towards making greater wines more consistently and flawlessly. The seminar will also demonstrate how to measure and control oxygen and sulfur dioxide in wine.
Coffee and a buffet-style lunch are provided by the Green Door Gourmet.
This seminar is intended for intermediate to advanced amateur and professional winemakers.
