We have a much better idea – come to Zachys on July 14th from 12 to 4pm! We will be pouring six stellar wines to cure your summertime blues. Whether you are trying to beat the heat, match your favorite meat or merely escape responsibility, your friends at Zachys are here to help. We will be highlighting some of our favorite light and bright whites, refreshing rosés and some heavy hitting reds for our steak savants. For the whiskey lovers we have a special treat: Colkegan’s Single Malt Whiskey from Santa Fe, New Mexico. While it has your typical smoky Islay style there is one big twist, instead of smoking the mash bill with peat, Colkegan uses mesquite. Just like mesquite barbeque chips, one sip is not enough for this one of a kind American Single Malt.
