Join us for a preservation workshop with Emma Moore of Heritage Goods & Supplies.

Discover how simple it is to make and add a healthy ferment to your your tapas, stir fries, salad dressings and more. Emma will lead this all levels workshop in creating fermented honey garlic and preserved lemons.  Price includes a glass of wine, lite bites and recipe ideas. Each participant will leave with their very own jar of fermented honey garlic and preserved lemons.

Heritage Goods & Supplies is a curated country store located in Carpenteria. Owners Ashely, Laura and Emma offer a selection of beautiful and functional gardening, cooking, clothing and lifestyle goods in their open, airy retail location.
