This advanced clinic on Burgundy will discuss the differences between the red wines of the Côte de Nuits and the red wines of the Côte de Beaune through a comparative tasting of four pairs of 1er Crus. Participants will explore the characteristics of key appellations of the Côte d’Or and appreciate the influence of micro-climate, soils, viticulture practices, winemaking techniques and maturation.
