Some would argue that cheesemaking, like winemaking, is both an art and science; we would agree. Try your hand at expert cheesemaking by joining us for a delicious afternoon with Kristi Slotemaker, owner/educator of Rivery Valley Cheese.
Kristi will walk the class through each step of the cheesemaking process, as you sculpt your own ball of creamy burrata (burrata is a form of mozzarella with a creamy filling) that you’ll be able to take home.
To make this hands-on culinary adventure even more delectable, you’ll also enjoy an unlimited cheese buffet and a glass of Desert Wind wine.
