Posana is a contemporary American restaurant in the heart of downtown Asheville on Historic Pack Square. Posana has always been highly ranked since their inception by food reviewers, and their philosophy has been to offer a seasonal menu that draws inspiration from local ingredients. People forget that wine is a local food. The wines at this dinner will be 100% North Carolina grown and vinified be can be served at any fine restaurant around the world.  These wines were selected among the as the top 12 in North Carolina  by Advanced Sommeliers, experts who know the qualities that great wines should possess.  Each of the wineriers will be represented at the dinner to talk about their story and how North Carolina is once again on track to be a world class wine producer.  

Tickets: Tickets are $100 (includes tax & gratuity) for this six course dinner paired with six wines. Seating is limited to 60 guests. See the menu below. Posana is pre-selling non-refundable seats at the restaurant and over the phone at 828-505-3969. Anyone who calls and gets voicemail and leaves a message about buying tickets/seats will get a call back from a manager or a hostess who will be ready to process payment and establish the reservation. Monday-Friday 9am-5pm works well over the phone, and anytime between 5-11pm Tue-Sun works well at the restaurant.
