Get ready for Elk Cove’s biggest bash of the year! Some of you might remember the biggest party Elk Cove has ever thrown back in 2013. It took us a while to recover, but we just couldn’t resist doing it again bringing back Hog Wild and making it better than ever!
The BBQ features ribs by Memphis Chef Craig Blondis of Central BBQ, sides by Ryan Trimm of Sweetgrass and a whole hog by our good friends Ethan and Tobias from EAT: An Oyster Bar. We'll have summery sides, oysters, homemade potato chips and boiled peanuts. Music by Ashleigh Flynn and a very special bottling of our 2017 Hog Wild Rosé available for drinking and purchase. We'll have a big bottle bar filled with Elk Cove Library selections. Games and a Dunk Tank filled with Rosé wil round the evening out! We hope you can join us.
