Professional Chefs Food and Wine Pairing Class
We are introducing a one of a kind food and Wine Pairing Class from the eyes and Tastes buds of a Professional Chef .The Course is the same course and technique that I was trained for at the Culinary Institute of America Napa Valley
In this class we will be focused on the real training method that professional chefs go through at the culinary institute.
I will with the assistance of accomplished Chef Jimmy Hunn mentor you through Professional guide lines that I was trained for at the Culinary Institute
We take each wine and pair it with the true naunces of the Wine, we will sample wine from around the world. In the class we will bring 3 whites and 3 Reds from around key regions . California, Italy and France .
This class will be about Small bites with an evaluation of the pairing of the wine
Each small bite will be painstakingly studied by our staff to bring to you an experience that only can found in the test kitchen .
6 flights small bites and tasting of the wines 3 whites and 3 reds .
