The giant, moving, intricate Cucumber Slicing Machine, also known as the Hendrick’s Grand Garnisher, will be stopping at Bonefish Grill to properly garnish cocktails with cucumbers freshly sliced by the 38-foot-long, curiously delightful machine. The largest and most utterly inefficient cucumber slicer – powered by a man on a penny farthing – can achieve road speeds of up to 25 mph while slicing up to 18 cucumbers per hour! It is slowly traveling cross-country with the sole purpose of offering the most beautifully garnished Hendrick’s Gin cocktails.
