Join us for a special evening as our Chef will be creating 5 exceptional courses paired with wines from all around the world. Each course will be wrapped in bacon, and unforgettable.
First Course- Bacon Wrapped Scallops served over a cucumber salad paired with Maschio Prosecco, Veneto.
Second Course- Spinach Salad with warm bacon dressing paired with Unparallelled Rose, Provence.
Third Course- Pork Belly with Brown Sauce served over a bed of steakhouse salad paired with Natura Carmenere, Casablanca
Fourth Course- 6.oz Filet served with a bacon shallot coffee jam paired with Silver Totem Cabernet Sauvignon, Columbia Valley.
Dessert Course- Honey Cinnamon Cheesecake served with a strip of chocolate bacon paired with Eufloria White Blend, Columbia Valley
