Our newest cheese addition. IT hails from the Emilia-Romagna area of Italy. Pliable and piquant. Almost melts in your mouth.
Marietta Roman, Zinfandel, Petite Syrah, Barbera, Bold Red, Alexander Valley, CA, Bright, plump and exuberant, this is an incredibly delicious, inviting wine. Even better, it is a tremendous value. Petite Syrah and Barbera round out the blend. Succulent red berry, spice, leather and floral notes add to the wine’s silky personality.
Boozy Bacon Barbecue Sauce
From Stonewall Kitchen, we used this sauce on our Halloumi cheese. It’s also wonderful on steak, pulled pork, ribs, potatoes, and more.
