Tinhof Bubbles Rose, Blaufrankisch, Sparkling, Burgenland, Austria, Y, Freshly cut red apples on the nose are very appetizing. The palate adds a strawberry note with frothy, refreshing and lively bubbles. This is an exquisite summer wine, spelling ease, joy and refreshment, with a just off-dry finish.

Delice de Bourgogne

Our best-selling cheese, this triple-cream brie is luscious and creamy. 

 

Birgit Eichinger, Gruner Vetliner, Soft White, Hasel, Austria, "The nose initially a spice bouquet, then lime blossom, with a, beautiful, refreshing rich acidity, drinking joyously" long on the palate    

Plantation Jalapeno Peanuts

From Virginia, these peanuts are very fresh tasty with a bit of zing from the jalapenos.

Taft Street, Chardonnay, Rich White, Russian River, CA, Y, “Nice butter with a delightfully creamy combination of soft lime and citrus flavors. The result is a bright, fruit-forward wine with hints of toasted almond in the very long finish.”   

Wookey Hole Cheddar

This farmhouse cheddar from England is clothbound and aged in the famous Wookey Hole Caves and it’s yummy!

Cotes de Provence "Rimo", Grenache Cinsault, Syrah, Rose, Provence, Fr, Y, This is a classic Provence rosé - ultra-pale pink in the glass with restrained herbal flavours with a clean and refreshing finish.  

Spicy Corn Tomato Relish Chicken Tacos

A Cajun-style, smoky pork.  Wonderful on a platter or to spice up Jambalaya, eggs, 

Ty Caton en Tycement   Zin, Syrah, Carignan, etc., Bold Red, Sonoma Coast, CA, Y, "Aromas of blackberry & boysenberry. It greets the palate with rich, dark fruit notes, a touch of chocolate and a lush mouth feel. The smooth, lingering finish is accentuated with a touch of spice  

Smoked Gouda

Not your typical smoked gouda; the smokiness tastes real.

Nardini, Acqua di Cedro, Italy, Intense, crystalline & clean. It brings out the freshness of the citron fruit. A clean, regenerating flavor like a gentle summer breeze. Best enjoyed chilled. 

Lemon Basil Cake

The essence of summer.  A perfect pairing with this Cedro lemon liqueur.
