Zappone¹s Italian Bistro Announces Italian Wine Tour Dinner

On Saturday, June 23, 2018, Zappone’s Italian Bistro “transports” guests through an authentic wine tour and three-course of the flavors of Italy.  Courses include:

 

• 1st Course: Sicilian Lamb Meatballs with golden raisins, pinenuts and mint paired with Ruffino Orvieto Italian White Blend

 

• 2nd Course: Braised Beef Manicotti with marinara and béchamel sauce complemented by Caprili Rosso Di Montalcino

 

• 3rd Course: Lemon Semifreddo with fresh berries with Italian Lemonade
