Certified Sommelier Timothy Nishimoto, and Chef Adam Ruplinger take their show on the road to do their wine-and-food pairing magic for two 5-Course wine dinners at Ruby Vineyard & Winery to celebrate the Summer Solstice. Formerly the team behind Coppia Bistro & Wine Bar, in Portland's Pearl District, Timothy and Adam loved doing monthly wine dinners more than anything. Now, they curate wine dinners at wineries, and in private homes, across the state of Oregon.
